About Me
I'm a REMAX Gateway realtor whose job is to Get U Home. I am fortunate enough to work my business on a friends, family, and referral basis. I have never meet a stranger. My referrals end up my friends; and their families mine. I have been Licensed since 2004, and a member of National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, and Northern Virginia Association of Realtors. I have been privileged to work for REMAX Premier, Century 21 New Millennium, Exit Gridiron and REMAX Gateway, LLC. I represent buyers and sellers in the following areas from Northern Virginia to the Blue Ridge Mountains: Fairfax, Page, Warren, Shenandoah, Fredrick, Clarke, Rappahannock, Culpeper, Madison, Prince William and Fauquier. First time home buyers, downsizing and Mountain properties are my specialties. I was honored to be a team member with a realtor with 20+ years of experience as I began my journey into the ever changing world of real estate. I previously resided in Fairfax county until 2005 at which time I moved to Rappahannock County. I understand the city and country properties from both the buyers and sellers perspectives. I have 60 hours of appraisal courses, I have been a loan officer, financial analyst, and have built our own house from the ground up after purchasing property. I have established loan officers, title companies, home inspectors, staging specialists, and punchout maintenance contactors.
